Testing. I don’t have a shade cloth system set up yet, I have been growing most my plants close to my house “en pleine air” (east facing) protected from rain by a patio roof where they receive morning DIRECT light for a few hours then indirect for the rest of the day. While some plants are fully happy, some including this Haworthia are getting brown on one side. If I move them back closer to the house they start stretching. Others have begun pointing towards the sun(not etiolated just leaning) and some of the pups opposite from the direct sun side are way too green and beginning to etiolate. But I rotate to combat this...carefully. I think setting up a situation where they get even light on all sides and with shade cloth will help. This will have to be farther from the house in the yard. Anyone out there experiencing similar situations or have any advice for me? Much appreciated.
