@gotalong I sometimes find cooling things helpful. Like even just a cool cloth. Or a peppermint lotion if you can. If peppermint is too much, even just an aloe gel may help a bit!

@edmmariluna I get flare ups on my eyelids. If you’re not sensitive to it put some peppermint extract into whatever face wash you use or just a few drops on the problem areas aloe lotions are your best friend too
